Added

Email folder management for Outlook and Gmail. Create folders and subfolders, rename them, delete them, and move messages between them. Folder listings now show the top level by default instead of walking the whole tree. Approval requests for folder actions show folder details rather than a generic compose form, and the Edit action is disabled when there is nothing to edit.
Redlines can now be produced as a PDF as well as a Word document. The format is chosen in Create Redline and in both comparison flows in the assistant window. PDF output is rendered through Microsoft Word and is now available on macOS as well as Windows; where Word is unavailable, the request fails with a clear explanation.
Calendar events can be searched by free text across connected Outlook and Google calendars, matching both subject and body, ranked by relevance, and optionally limited to a date range. Event listings also gain filtering by category and by all-day status.
Cases can be linked to a Clio matter. A "Link Clio matter" action on the Timekeeping tab searches your Clio matters and links one to the case, mirroring the existing iManage workspace linking.
The Timekeeping dashboard's "Review & Bill" action has returned, opening the same review flow used in the assistant window, with matter grouping, rule violations, and per-entry matter assignment. It covers every unreleased entry across the firm rather than only the entries matching the current filters.

Changed

Releasing hours now follows the connected provider's own workflow rather than a single shared path, so a firm on Clio gets Clio's simpler logging flow instead of steps that provider does not support.
Hours release actions now appear only once a timekeeping provider is connected, and are labelled "Release Hours" to make clear that the action releases to your provider rather than recording time locally.

Fixed

The assistant window now warns when the local AI service is unreachable, with a Retry action. Only the main dashboard showed this before, so a stopped service left the assistant unresponsive with no explanation.
The "AI service isn't responding" banner now returns if the service degrades again later in the same session. Dismissing it once previously hid it for good.
The chat composer is no longer pushed partly off-screen while that banner is visible.
Time entries released to Clio are now attached to the correct matter. Entries could previously be logged without a matter; a case with no linked Clio matter now stops the release with a clear message instead.
Failures when releasing hours now show the reason alongside the count, rather than only reporting how many failed.
Connecting or disconnecting a provider in Settings now updates every open window straight away. The "Link Clio matter" action and the assistant window's "Release Hours" action previously stayed hidden until a reload.
An entry released in one window now shows as released in the other, in both the assistant window and the Timekeeping tab.
Entries can no longer be released twice, and their hours can no longer be adjusted after release, matching how released entries are treated elsewhere.
A case's status and case number are no longer dropped when the case is created.
Chat sessions in the assistant window are now scoped to the signed-in user, so a session left behind by a previous account on a shared machine cannot be resumed.
The Case Files panel on the Transcription screen now lists the files actually attached to the session's case, with clear loading, empty, and error states.
"Time Keeping" is now written "Timekeeping" throughout.

Removed

Releasing hours with no timekeeping provider connected now returns a clear error for each entry instead of recording the release locally and writing a CSV receipt to your Downloads folder.
The duplicate "Release Hours" control in the review footer has been removed. Use the back control in the header instead.

Security

Development-only test fixtures and debug overrides are now excluded from release builds, verified automatically before each release.
